During this period of remote teaching, it may be that some of you wish to explore the idea of screencasting.There is plenty of software out there that does the job and so below are just some of the options that would be worth investigating.
Movavi – £35.95 (one time price)
The one I use: A one time price and simple to use.
Screencastify – ($29 per year- education)
A plugin for chrome – has a free option but is limited to 5 minutes. Useful as it uploads video directly to google drive.
Screencast-O-Matic (Free with upgrade options)
Simple to use. Free version limits you to 15 minutes and has a watermark, otherwise perfectly suitable.
OBS: Open Broadcaster Software – (Free)
Free! Mainly used for live broadcasting but has the function to record the screen. Plenty of tutorials online to demonstrate how to use it.
